Grenville Scullard

Hi, my name is Grenville Scullard, three times World Masters
Track Cycling champion and ex World Masters record holder
in the 1000m time trial. I hold 8 national records and am
a qualified UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) coach.
Some 10 years ago, I was introduced to a product called Cellfood®,
through a friend at work. With some skepticism, I decided
to try it out. Within 2 weeks I felt a significant difference
in my training, my concentration and recoveries improved
and I suddenly had more get up and go. To top this, one of
the most remarkable benefits apart from performance, has
been the healing process. Cycling, being a speed sport brings
with it the danger of the odd crash. In the past 10 years
I have had three pretty bad crashes and Cellfood® has
definitely aided in the recovery process. I estimate healing
time is halved and scar tissue is virtually non-existent.
It is also important to mention that I have only suffered
with a mild dose of flu, four times in 10 years, despite
training throughout winter in temperatures usually close
to zero. This is unusual for a top athlete, as upper respiratory
tract infections are relatively common. I attribute this
to the boosting of the immune system, enzyme support for
effective nutritional absorption and oxygenation for the
protection and repair of the throat.
When I was asked to try out Cellfood Sport it
was with less skepticism and with great anticipation. I wasn't
disappointed and to my surprise, as a sprinter, I started
competing with the long distance riders. Taking Cellfood
Sport throughout a track meeting has improved my endurance by at least
10% giving me enough reserves to get to the finish and
capitalize on my sprint. The usual burn associated with oxygen
debt seems to be less, and recoveries even better. My fat
percentage has dropped although muscle mass has remained. On long rides
like the infamous Jock of the Bushveld (150km), I have experienced
far less cramping. For a sprinter who trains very little
past 80km, unbelievable!
Being a fulltime IT Consultant and trying to keep up with
the youth is very demanding and requires immense mental strength.
Cellfood Longevity has helped me retain focus in work training and
coaching. I feel that Cellfood Longevity gives me emotional support
in that the nutrients and genetic base are good brain food.
The additional ATP also seems to give me the required explosiveness
if taken just before a time trial.
I have shared the three products with all the athletes I
coach and their feedback is echoed. My athlete’s ages
range from under 16 to 60 plus, highlighting that the product
is for all. Of the 17 riders I took to the 2006 South African
Track Cycling Championships, 15 came home with 58 medals
out of 228 (25%) proving that with the ability to train harder
and SUPER nutrition, the results will be achieved.
Most importantly, there are no banned substances used in the
products and they are natural and safe to use, which for a
coach is the ultimate.
SPONSORSHIP - 2000 to
2010
Dear Executive - Oxygen For Life
2010 has brought about the tenth year of the Club's
inception and sponsorship association with OFL. It is therefore without
doubt LPCC is synonymous with OFL. The club originally started out with
12 members and now has 80 members and although not a staggering amount,
the quality of the riders in the club, particularly on the track, is
extremely high.
It is with pride and gratitude that we have been
involved with OFL and had the benefit of world class products to support
us. OFL has not only suppofted the club but provided product
sponsorship to numerous club members competing at national and
international level. Most definitely a significant contribution to their
successes.
LPCC is without a doubt the most successful club in
the history of South African Track cycling.
The current South African Track Cycling National
medal tally for the club over the past 10 years on the track stands at
268 medals.
The World Masters medal standing is at 26 medals (11
Gold)
We can also boast the first South African lady to
get a World Championships medal at the B Worlds in Switzerland in 2003.
Probably the acid test is how good the performances
have been. LPCC riders currently hold 21 SA Track records Our successes
are as a direct result of the support shown by OFL and words cannot
express the immense contribution not only to the individuals and the
More than anything we at LPCC are thankful for the
OFL friendships we have gained over the years.
Once again a BIG Thank Youl
