Oxygen For LIfe (The Cellfood Company)  will not be held responsible for late package delivery by the shipper.

In the event of delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond the control of Oxygen For LIfe (The Cellfood Company) , including without limitation, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labour problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of government or agency, resulting in late package delivery by the shipper, Cellfoodonline Store’s liability is restricted to the value of the transaction.
